Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Elementary Education from National-Louis University. She is licensed to teach Kindergarten through Grade 9 in Illinois and holds additional endorsements in Spanish (K-9), Theatre (5-8), Art (5-8), and English as a Second Language (K-9). She is also licensed to teach in the state of Iowa. She holds an Iowa license to teach K-12 ESL, K-6 Elementary Education, and K-8 Spanish. She began her licensed teaching career in 2013, but has worked with children as a classroom assistant, facilitator, and tutor since 2008. She has been facilitating the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program in her classroom for the past eight years. She is a Category 3 trained  IB PYP teacher currently teaching PYPx (Grade 5) in Chennai, India. Previous experience includes lower elementary positions in Dubuque, Iowa and upper elementary positions in Chicago, Illinois; Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia; and Cairo, Egypt. She is passionate about building transdisciplinary curriculum and inquiry based learning.
